You can approach the Oriental Bank of Commerce for a loan.

ORIENTAL BANK OF COMMERCE

The procedure is quite simple. You have to take care of the following points:

The loan has to be in the name of an earning member who is part of the student’s family.
The person should be self-employed or drawing a regular salary.
He should have a landline telephone, both at the office and residence.
Owning a mobile telephone is not enough.
The ‘take home’ salary as shown on the salary slip should be at least
Rs. 8,000.

After these details are verified and formalities completed, the bank organizes the loan processing in the following order:

Filling up of the form
Collection of documents
Submission of filled form to the bank
Field enquiry
Logging in of case in the bank records
Signing of agreement

The check takes about 3-4 days to be disbursed.
